About This Project
Teravista is one of Round Rock's most prominent master-planned communities with an active architectural review committee. This homeowner wanted standing seam after their neighbor's stone-coated steel roof came through the April 2024 hailstorm without a scratch β but they needed HOA sign-off first.
We prepared a full submittal package: panel profile drawings, Slate Gray color chip, manufacturer specifications, and a sample photo from a similar project. The Teravista ARB approved the application in 11 days. Running the HOA process in parallel with the State Farm claim allowed us to start the job the week after approval.
The 2,600 sq ft home had a moderate hip roof with two dormers, which added complexity but came in within the original estimate. State Farm covered the full replacement scope.
