About This Project
Georgetown Village homes tend toward larger footprints and more architectural complexity than typical Round Rock builds β this project had 5 dormers, multiple hip-to-gable transitions, and a challenging valley layout that required careful planning before the first shingle came off.
State Farm's initial adjuster scope missed two of the dormers entirely. We submitted a supplemental scope with photos and measurements documenting all five, and State Farm approved the revised scope without dispute. This is common on complex rooflines β adjusters working from aerial photos sometimes miss elements that only become visible on the roof.
CertainTeed Landmark TL in Heather Blend was the material selection β a premium architectural shingle with a thicker profile than standard Landmark, giving the roof more visual depth appropriate to the home's scale. The project took 3 days and passed Georgetown's building inspection.
