Circle C Ranch is one of Austin's larger master-planned communities with a well-organized HOA. Color pre-approval is required before any roofing work — we submitted the Heather Blend sample to the architectural review board and received approval within a week before scheduling anything.

The State Farm claim was more involved. State Farm's initial payout was short of the full replacement scope, missing some transition flashing work and underlayment costs. We submitted a detailed supplement with the adjuster's own pricing database references, and State Farm approved the additional amount.

This is increasingly common: insurers' initial estimates are often generated from aerial software that misses detail items. A contractor who knows how to supplement — professionally, with documentation — recovers the full replacement cost for the homeowner.
